Smashing useless fears

Waking to a higher respect through a veil of tears

Soul song deep trying to connect, tearing you apart

Old ideals will break like shattered glass, but not your heart

The river always finds a way to pass

Recognise your worth,

Time does not exist so let it go at your rebirth

The universe will take you on it’s flow,

Be the truth, becoming in the here and in the now,

To plant your seed you’ve got to find a field that you can plough

The spirit, ebbs and flows like turning tides, on the rocks

Broken but still glad to be alive
